About Us

Agricultural Science Foundation

Agricultural Science Foundation, a non-profit voluntary organization was established in the year 1981 by Late Shri K H Patilji, the then Honorable Minster for Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, Government of Karnataka.

The Foundation is dedicated to social, educational and economic development of rural and urban poor. The Foundation is working in fragile agro-ecological regions of the northern part of Karnataka State. It’s focus is on natural resource management, promotion of organic farming practices, building peoples institutions by organizing them in to Self Help Groups and need based interventions for improving the livelihood of resource poor families.
